The government approved the technical-economic indicators for the Brașov - Făgăraș highway, a 49.3 km project costing nearly two billion lei. The next step is to launch the construction tender, as announced by Horațiu Cosma. This highway will connect Brașov and Făgăraș, with further links to Sibiu. It will feature three road junctions, 49 bridges, and covered galleries serving as eco-ducts. Despite delays in project preparation, the environmental agreement was issued in June, allowing for expedited approvals.
