The collaboration will kick off at the Mangalia Youth Film Festival, where NYFA representatives will engage with over 100 students. This partnership aims to provide practical film education and includes a 15% discount for Buftea students on NYFA programs. The long-term goal is to bridge the gap between Romanian youth and the international film industry.
