One United Properties has acquired a plot in Floreasca, Bucharest, for a new 25-story residential tower, estimated to cost 130 million euros. The 5,755 sqm land was purchased for 10 million euros and is near One Gallery. The project will feature four underground levels, a ground floor, and 25 above-ground floors, totaling around 25,900 sqm. An international architecture competition will be held to design the tower, aiming to create an iconic building for the area, similar to the approach taken for One City District.
