A painting that once belonged to Mihail Kogălniceanu and Adolf Hitler may be displayed at the Mihail Kogălniceanu Museum in Iași. The artwork, created by Hans Makart in 1887, was sold by Kogălniceanu in Germany and later gifted by Hitler. Museum manager Alexandru Chituță emphasized that showcasing this piece would enhance the museum's prestige and highlight the history of Kogălniceanu's collection. Efforts to bring the painting to the museum are already underway, aiming to create a dedicated exhibition.
