A UK aerospace defense company, Cambridge Aerospace, has secured $300 million in funding, increasing its valuation to $3.4 billion. The funding round, led by DFJ Growth, aims to support the company's growth and production capabilities. Since April, the startup's value has nearly tripled, driven by new contracts from the UK Ministry of Defence. Founded less than two years ago, Cambridge Aerospace has already launched its first product, Skyhammer, and is developing Starhammer for 2027. The company employs 250 people and operates in several countries.
