Un startup american a dezvăluit drona „low-cost” care să înlocuiască celebrele drone de atac MQ-9 Reaper

Swarm Aero has introduced Gamera, a cost-effective drone designed to replace the MQ-9 Reaper, featuring a long range and heavy payload capacity. The UAS aims to meet the U.S. Air Force's need for affordable, mass-produced aircraft. Gamera's design deviates from traditional models, utilizing a unique dual-fuselage structure and prioritizing range over stealth technology. It can carry and launch advanced munitions, including cruise missiles, at a significantly lower cost than existing platforms. The company plans to have Gamera ready for flight by late next year, with potential applications in both military and civilian sectors.
