Witnesses reported a loud crash, leading to power outages in nearby homes. The driver tested positive for alcohol, with a reading of 1.18 mg per liter. This incident is not his first offense, as he has previously shown up to work intoxicated and was fired, but later reinstated after contesting the decision.
