Un şofer a lovit mortal un animal dispărut de 200 de ani din România. Mister la un accident din Piteşti

A moose was fatally struck by a truck in Pitești, Romania, after running on a busy road. This species has been extinct in the country for 200 years, raising questions about its appearance. Witnesses filmed the moose moments before the accident, noting its disorientation. Authorities are investigating how the animal traveled such a distance, as it likely originated from a repopulation effort in Neamț County. The moose, approximately three years old, may have been kept illegally. This incident highlights challenges in wildlife management and the complexities of reintroducing solitary animals like moose into their natural habitats.
