A Romanian man was caught driving under the influence twice in one day without a license, leading to his detention by police. After being reported for reckless driving, he was tested and found to have high alcohol levels. Despite refusing blood tests, he was apprehended again later that day with similar results. Authorities have initiated a criminal case against him and he is being held for 24 hours pending further legal action.
