Un raport recent dezvăluie că o mulțime de ONG-uri cunoscute sunt neconforme. Probleme la organizațiile din cadrul Ministerului Afacerilor Interne

The General Secretariat of the Government has completed a comprehensive review of 229 public utility organizations in Romania, revealing significant compliance issues. Out of these, 28 organizations require legal status clarification, while 47 were found non-compliant. The most common issues include the lack of monitoring procedures and missing documentation. Notably, 11 out of 13 organizations under the Ministry of Internal Affairs are non-compliant, with no complete files or databases available. Several well-known cultural organizations also face multiple compliance failures, including missing reports and inactivity. The report highlights deficiencies not only in the organizations but also in the monitoring responsibilities of state institutions.
