A volunteer firefighter died in Turkey while assisting with a large vegetation fire in Antalya, which injured eight others. The fire, fueled by strong winds, spread rapidly, forcing evacuations. The cause remains unknown. Hasan Kahya suffered a heart attack due to smoke inhalation and later died in the hospital. Efforts to control the fire continue, with significant resources deployed, including aircraft and over 1,000 firefighters. Another vegetation fire is also being managed in Adana, leading to further evacuations.
