The incident occurred on August 18, when Cristian Ene noticed a crowd near a bridge and found an unconscious cyclist. He assessed the situation, placed the victim in the recovery position, and called for medical assistance while monitoring the cyclist's condition until help arrived. The cyclist began to regain consciousness but remained incoherent. Cristian's actions, taken outside of his official duties, showcased his training and ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
