This morning, train services at Bucharest North station were temporarily disrupted due to a pantograph breakage, causing delays for several trains. The incident occurred at 5:46 AM during the parking of an electric train from Ferotrafic. As a result, certain sections of the contact line were de-energized for safety measures. By 6:37 AM, power was restored to most lines, except for line 5, where the affected train remains parked. Specialized personnel are working to repair the broken pantograph and check the contact line. Train operations are being gradually resumed, but delays may continue until the situation is fully resolved.
