Un nou zăcământ de petrol și gaze în Marea Nordului. Producția ar putea începe în mai puțin de trei ani

A new oil and gas field has been discovered in the North Sea, estimated to hold between 19 and 50 million barrels of oil equivalent. Norwegian company Equinor and its partners plan to quickly exploit the resources, potentially starting production in less than three years. The field is located near the Oseberg oil field and will be connected to existing underwater infrastructure, reducing costs and time for production. Equinor aims to maintain Norway's oil production at around 1.3 million barrels per day by 2035, with a significant portion coming from new projects. The discovery is crucial for Europe's energy supply as mature fields decline.
