Un nou proiect legat de autostrada Sibiu – Pitești, aprobat de guvern: „Întreaga zonă îl așteaptă de mult timp”

The Romanian government has approved a project to modernize the DN73C road, connecting Râmnicu Vâlcea to the A1 Sibiu – Pitești highway. This includes upgrading 13 km of the road and constructing a new 2.4 km bypass around Tigveni. The project aims to enhance transportation safety and efficiency, providing better access for residents and businesses. The total cost is estimated at 770 million lei, funded by non-reimbursable external sources. The construction tender will be launched this fall, coinciding with the upcoming opening of a new section of the A1 highway.
