Un nou parc eolian intră în producție în România. Green Breze din Galați, de aproape 100 MW, ia licența de la ANRE - Economica.net

The Green Breeze wind farm in Galați is set to receive its commercial exploitation license shortly after construction began. This decision was part of the ANRE's recent meeting agenda. The license is granted once the facility is completed, connected to the grid, and has passed testing. The wind farm, developed by OX2 for Nala Renewables, has a capacity of 99 MW and consists of 16 Vestas turbines. It is expected to generate 312 GWh annually, powering around 51,000 households and reducing CO₂ emissions by approximately 150,000 tons each year. OX2 started construction in November 2024, and the project was sold to Nala Renewables in August 2024, which includes a 12-year PPA with a multinational corporation. Green Breeze is OX2's first completed project in Romania, contributing to a significant portfolio of around 1,100 MW in the country.
