A new RO-Alert message was issued in northern Tulcea County after the detection of an aerial target near the Ukrainian border. Two F-16 aircraft were deployed for monitoring. The alert warned residents about potential falling objects from the airspace, advising them to seek shelter. This was the second alert of the day, following an earlier detection that did not enter national airspace.
