Cordia România has appointed Concelex as the general contractor for the Centropolitan residential project in central Bucharest, which is set to include 274 premium apartments. Construction began earlier this year, with a completion date projected for late 2028. The project has already seen around 20% in sales and reservations, totaling over 13 million euros. Centropolitan aims to provide a modern urban lifestyle with integrated commercial spaces and exclusive resident facilities, all within a prime location near Bucharest Mall and Alba Iulia Square.
