Danish retailer Flying Tiger Copenhagen plans to enter the Romanian market in 2027 through a partnership with BALFIN Group, aiming to open 87 stores in Romania, Bulgaria, and Croatia over five years. The first stores will launch in Romania and Bulgaria, with expansion into Croatia starting in early 2028. The company, known for affordable products, has over 1,100 stores in more than 45 markets worldwide and is expanding into the American continent as well. BALFIN Group has previously collaborated with Flying Tiger in several regional countries, with plans for further growth in the Balkans.
