Un lider local USR, reținut de DIICOT în dosarul utilajului de 1.700.000 de euro trimis în Belarus pentru echipamente militare

Alexandru Munteanu, a local USR leader, was detained by DIICOT for allegedly being part of a network attempting to send industrial equipment to Belarus for military use. The operation involved a machine valued at approximately 1.7 million euros, with Munteanu coordinating its sale despite prior rejections from authorities regarding export permits. Alongside him, Evgeni Poliakov, a former director, was also detained, with six others implicated in the case. USR stated that if the allegations are confirmed, Munteanu may face expulsion from the party.
