The incident occurred in Nagoya when Shinsei Taguchi, 29, fell onto Tomoki Inaba, 23, who later died from injuries. Taguchi survived and was initially arrested for negligence. The victim's father, Kenji Inaba, argues that Taguchi acted recklessly, knowing his actions could harm others.
