Un hotel de 4 stele se construiește pe terenul fostei fabrici de încălțăminte Dâmbovița, la granița dintre cartierele Tineretului și Văcărești. Va avea 120 de camere •

A new four-star hotel will be built on the site of the former Dâmbovița shoe factory in Bucharest by the Swedish developer Vastint. This project marks Vastint's first hotel in Romania, which will be internationally operated and may include apartments. The demolition of the factory began in 2025, with the developer acquiring nearly 2 hectares of land through multiple transactions totaling around 22 million euros. The hotel is expected to have over 120 rooms and will be managed by an external operator. The Dâmbovița factory, established in 1910, was a significant footwear production unit in Romania, known for its historical importance and various ownership changes over the years.
