Un gigant german pleacă din România din cauza costurilor imense. Zeci de angajați rămân fără loc de muncă
A German printing giant is closing its Romanian branch due to high operational costs, leaving many employees jobless. The decision was announced on August 19, citing energy, labor, and paper costs as key factors. CEO Tomas Kramar stated that this closure will help optimize production capabilities. The Ghimbav facility, opened in 2008 with a €20 million investment, saw its best year in 2019 with €47.6 million in revenue, but has since declined significantly. By the end of 2025, the company employed 84 people.
