Un gigant german închide cea mai mare tipografie comercială din România. Ce se întâmplă cu angajații
German group Euro-Druckservice (EDS) will close its largest printing unit in Romania by the end of 2026 due to declining demand and rising production costs. Employees were informed on August 19. Established in 2008, the unit employed 210 people and generated an annual revenue of approximately 48 million euros. EDS's operational director noted a significant decrease in activity volume over recent years, leading to this decision. While the exact number of affected employees is not confirmed, some may be transferred to other company units. The Ghimbav printing facility specializes in high-volume commercial printing and will cease operations on December 31.
