China Investment Corporation is selling its Logicor logistics portfolio in Romania for 260 million euros. The portfolio includes 320,000 square meters of warehouses. This marks the second exit of Asian companies from the local market in recent years. CIC is also divesting from Hungary and has sold assets in the UK, Germany, and France as part of a capital recycling strategy. Logicor is a major European logistics developer with 20 million square meters across 19 countries.
