Un general-maior rus, care tocmai fusese decorat de Moscova, a fost ucis de o dronă ucraineană
Russian Major General Anton Grunis was killed by a Ukrainian drone strike in the occupied Donetsk region on September 12, 2026. His death was confirmed by Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, marking him as the seventh high-ranking Russian commander to be eliminated in such attacks. Grunis, aged 48, had recently been awarded the Golden Star medal for his military service and had reported to President Putin about Russian advances in Ukraine. Ukrainian officials denied claims of Russian forces capturing the town of Kostiantînivka.
