On September 4, the Romanian Army reported finding a drone fragment with explosives near the Sulina arm. The device was safely detonated by an EOD team. A similar incident occurred on September 3, with another drone fragment neutralized. Both cases were reported by commercial vessels to the Maritime Coordination Center. The Romanian Naval Forces maintain readiness to address threats to navigation and maritime activities.
