Sebastian Boncu leads Project SNOW at the University of Warwick, which aims to enhance public health services using AI. The project, supported by Google.org, was selected from over 2,600 international applications. It focuses on transforming diverse data into actionable health insights to address public health challenges, particularly the Inverse Care Law. The initiative employs mobile health screenings and community-reported data to identify health needs in underserved areas. A pilot program has already shown promising results, with plans for extensive screenings and data sharing across England's healthcare system.
