China Investment Corporation is selling its Logicor logistics portfolio in Romania for 260 million euros. This portfolio includes warehouses totaling 320,000 square meters. This marks the second exit of Asian companies from the local market in recent years, following Singapore's sovereign fund selling its P3 logistics assets. Logicor, a major European logistics developer, has properties in several Romanian cities. The Brașov facility is a modern industrial project with a planned rental area exceeding 73,000 square meters.
