Radu Georgescu noted that apartments with sea views cost between €60,000 and €80,000, which he found astonishing. He highlighted the city's beautiful infrastructure and the long beach season, contrasting it with Romania's higher property prices and lack of amenities. Georgescu suggested that Romania might be experiencing a significant real estate bubble or economic discrepancies. Additionally, a new EU-funded highway will connect Romania to Greece, enhancing accessibility.
