While cases will still be registered upon submission, delays may occur if the judge's capacity is exceeded. Priority cases will be assigned immediately, and there is a provision for urgent cases to be expedited. The capacity limits will gradually decrease until 2028, aiming to alleviate judges' overload. However, concerns have been raised about potential delays in case assignments and whether such measures should be legislated rather than decided by the CSM. The balance between thorough case review and timely processing remains a key issue.
