Social-democrat Lucian Morar announced a personal initiative to gather signatures for the suspension of Nicușor Dan, distancing himself from AUR's involvement. He is the third PSD member to pursue this action, following Dorin Popa and Voicu Vușcan. Currently, 119 signatures are collected, but 155 are needed for the suspension. Morar expressed dissatisfaction with the recent presidential nominations, emphasizing the need for respect towards the PSD. PSD leader Daniel Zamfir stated that Morar's actions are personal and not officially endorsed by the party, suggesting that discussions will follow regarding potential consequences for supporting this initiative.
