Local councilors in Sibiu approved the municipality's membership fee for the ADI POL DEZVOLTARE SIBIU association, discussing potential increased financial support. Established in 2023 by 20 local administrations, the association aims to enhance regional prosperity through sustainable development projects. The approved fees for 2025 and 2026 amount to over 320,000 lei each year. Councilor Diana Mureșan suggested that the municipality could provide more financial assistance and engage in public-private partnerships to support the association's initiatives. Mayor Astrid Fodor stated that the proposal will be considered.
