Un comisar-șef de poliție din Constanța a făcut accident, după ce a condus sub influența alcoolului

A police chief from Constanța crashed his car into a traffic island and tested positive for alcohol. The incident occurred in Valu lui Traian while he was off duty. Despite refusing a breathalyzer test, he was taken to the hospital for blood tests, which confirmed alcohol consumption. The accident resulted in material damages only, and he now faces criminal charges for driving under the influence and is under disciplinary investigation.
