A 31-year-old Ugandan man was robbed of his mobile phone in Sector 4 of the Capital by a 30-year-old man already under judicial control. The suspect, who was wearing an electronic monitoring device, was arrested after the incident. The victim was approached while driving and was attacked after handing over his phone. The police managed to apprehend the suspect shortly after the robbery, and he has been placed in preventive detention for 30 days while the investigation continues.
