Un caz grav ajunge la Curtea de Apel Alba Iulia: Drama unei eleve care i-a dat aproape 7000 de euro unui tânăr care a șantajat-o

A serious blackmail case involving a schoolgirl and a 15-year-old boy has reached the Alba Iulia Court of Appeal. The girl was coerced into giving nearly 7000 euros to the boy over several months. The incidents occurred in Sibiu in 2022, leading to a first-instance conviction in 2026. The boy, known for his violent behavior, threatened and physically assaulted the girl to obtain money. Following the family's complaint, he was sentenced to a non-custodial educational measure and ordered to repay the stolen amount. A hearing at the appeal court is scheduled for August 28, 2026.
