The project, which covers approximately 81,000 square meters, seeks to enhance urban functionality, accessibility, and environmental quality. Key features include pedestrian pathways, permeable pavements, rain gardens, and community micro-landscapes. The regeneration is expected to improve pedestrian connections, reduce traffic pressure, and increase the area's attractiveness for residential and commercial investments.
