A man from Brașov was indicted for violating custody arrangements by keeping his daughter at his home for over two years against a court ruling. Prosecutors allege he unlawfully retained his daughter, M.A.G., at his residence without the mother's consent, breaching a civil court decision that designated the mother as the child's custodian. The case, initially registered at the Făgăraș Court, was transferred to the Brașov Tribunal due to staffing issues. Following an investigation, the man was detained for 24 hours and placed under judicial control for 60 days. The case is now with the Făgăraș Court for resolution.
