Un brand legendar românesc, cu o istorie de aproape 100 de ani, revine pe piață după 8 ani de insolvență
Electrecord, a historic Romanian record label, has emerged from insolvency after eight years, with Vasile George Cristescu acquiring 96.36% of its shares. The relaunch aims to produce new music and reissue historical recordings. Cristescu took control by purchasing creditor debts and increasing the company's capital. The label plans to revitalize its brand with contributions from artists like Monica Anghel and Aurelian Temișan. Founded in 1932, Electrecord has faced financial challenges but is now focused on leveraging its musical catalog and developing new projects, including digital distribution.
