Un bărbat recidivist din Alba Iulia, acuzat că a violat o fetiță de 12 ani, a fost trimis în judecată. Ce spun procurorii

A 35-year-old repeat offender from Alba Iulia has been charged with the repeated rape of a 12-year-old girl, who was reported missing in Spain. The prosecution's indictment states that the crimes occurred between July 20 and August 19, 2026, in both Belgium and Romania. The accused allegedly exploited the minor's vulnerability, knowing her age and that she was under his care. He has a history of criminal convictions and was released from prison in December 2025. The court has also ordered civil damages of 120,000 lei for the victim and the seizure of the accused's assets. The case is now with the Alba Iulia Court for further proceedings, with the presumption of innocence upheld until a final verdict is reached.
