Neighbors reported health issues due to the constant noise, including depression and sleep disorders. Despite repeated warnings from police, the man continued his activities, playing music 24/7 at high volumes. Authorities confiscated 76 items from his home, including guitars and amplifiers. The man admitted to making noise but denied causing health problems, and the case will be reviewed by the court.
