An employee deleted the WhatsApp application from a work device, limiting access to potentially relevant information. Inspections were conducted at Philips and 10 other companies in the medical equipment sector to investigate possible anti-competitive practices. The Council emphasized that these inspections do not imply any presumption of guilt for the companies involved. Companies obstructing inspections can face fines based on their previous year's revenue.
