Ultimii la vacanțe din UE. 6 din 10 români nu își permit un concediu anual

Romania ranks first in the EU for the percentage of people unable to afford an annual week-long vacation, with 61.4% of adults affected in 2025. This figure is significantly higher than the EU average of 27.5%. While there has been a slight increase in this percentage compared to the previous year, the long-term trend shows improvement since 2015. In contrast, countries like Luxembourg, Sweden, and the Netherlands report much lower rates of vacation unaffordability. These statistics highlight the disparities in living conditions and material deprivation across Europe.
