He highlights that this law, delayed for four years, aims to correct salary inequities and establish a predictable salary framework in the public sector. Pîslaru notes that the project could lead to salary increases for over two-thirds of employees and ensures no salary will decrease. He urges political leaders to support the law for the benefit of over 800,000 public sector employees.
