Uganda has withdrawn from the Invictus Games, a competition for injured veterans founded by Prince Harry, due to concerns about royal approval. The announcement was made by General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, who stated that participation could be seen as opposing King Charles III. This decision comes just two months after Uganda joined the Invictus community as its 26th member. The Ugandan military had previously agreed to collaborate with the Invictus Games Foundation for veteran recovery programs. The withdrawal follows recent clarifications from Buckingham Palace regarding Harry and Meghan's status, which some believe influenced Uganda's decision. However, there is no evidence that King Charles opposes the Invictus Games.
