UE va limita importul de vehicule hibride din China

The EU plans to limit hybrid vehicle imports from China to 350,000 units annually starting December 1, following agreements made during a recent trade visit to Beijing. This safeguard measure will increase by 6% each year for four years, applying to all hybrid vehicle imports to comply with WTO rules. In return, China will reduce tariffs on certain auto parts and halve tariffs on various European goods. The agreement aims to address the EU's significant trade deficit with China, which has reached about one billion euros daily. Both parties expressed commitment to ongoing dialogue to prevent trade conflicts.
