UE schimbă regulile pentru obținerea permisului de conducere
The European Union is set to overhaul driving regulations, introducing a digital driving license and stricter probation periods for new drivers. The digital license will be stored on mobile devices, while traditional plastic cards will still be available. New drivers aged 17 can obtain a license but must drive with an experienced supervisor until they turn 18. A two-year monitoring period will enforce strict penalties for violations, especially regarding substance use and safety measures. Driving tests will include knowledge of modern vehicle technologies. Additionally, penalties for serious offenses will be recognized across EU member states, with implementation expected by November 2029.
