UE sancţionează mai multe persoane și entități din Asia de Sud-Est, pe care le acuză că supravegheaază centre de muncă forţată dedicate escrocheriilor online
The EU has imposed sanctions on individuals and entities in Southeast Asia linked to forced labor and online scams. Prince Holding Group and its founder Chen Zhi are specifically targeted for establishing scam centers in Cambodia and Myanmar. These cyber fraud centers exploit victims globally, often involving human trafficking. Chen Zhi, extradited to China, faces a ban from entering the EU, and his group's assets will be frozen. The EU also sanctioned the Democratic Karen Buddhist Army for allowing these scams to thrive in Myanmar.
