UE pregătește reguli pentru protejarea angajaților de burnout și stres. Ce obligații ar putea avea firmele
Employers in the EU may face new obligations to protect employees' mental and physical health, including regular stress assessments. The European Parliament's Employment Committee urges the European Commission to draft legislation addressing psychosocial risks at work. This initiative aims to establish minimum requirements for preventing and reducing factors leading to professional stress and burnout. Employers would need to evaluate workload and implement action plans to address identified issues. The proposal also emphasizes the need for clear policies against workplace violence and harassment, as well as support mechanisms for affected employees. The European Parliament is expected to vote on this initiative in October.
