UE permite deficit bugetar suplimentar pentru securitate energetică

Cristian Bușoi confirmed that Romania is analyzing EU guidelines for energy security measures eligible for fiscal flexibility. Member states must submit planned measures and estimated costs to Brussels. The European Commission will evaluate these requests to potentially extend the national derogation clause to include energy security. This flexibility aims to support measures that enhance the resilience of the European energy system while maintaining public finance sustainability. Eligible measures should be nationally funded and designed for maximum impact with minimal budget costs.
